The Open Meetings Act requires posting an Agenda 48 hours in advance of a meeting. Leroy didn’t post one for the meeting they held last night. Below is a screen shot from 7:30 this morning proving nothing was posted:

Are they trying to hide the fact they raised water/sewer rates? How’s your water quality?

Election have consequences. So does NOT VOTING in elections.

I would file a complaint with Public Access. Obviously they don’t care enough to make a timely determination however. This entire meeting should be void.
