Is this how adults act? Is this how the elected act in a civilized society? This is democracy?

.
Her “job” allows her to travel to Springfield to make noise? She gets paid for being a nut? Normal Township is subsidizing activism?
I wonder if Krystle sticks her fingers in her ears and mutters Na-na boo-boo?
Krystle welcomes criminal illegal aliens to Illinois. Her party was defeated in November because attitudes just like this. Obviously illegals are more important than citizens. Thanks to Krystle for proving that.
Here’s another of Krystle greatest hits:

.
Interpretation:
Krystle wants other people to subsidize her bad life choices. She thinks she has a right to everything free.
Krystle is just like every other juvenile: she has no idea where government money comes from. She believes there’s an endless supply, with zero consequences for its source. Like a true Marxist, she thinks that if you have more than her, you need to fork it over to support her.
Normal shouldn’t be sleeping well knowing this infant will be doling out township funds.

Gee what a shocker. She’s a single mom
Just wait until we find out she hashrr fingers in the till at her new payin’ gig. Mark my words. She will feel righteous in doing it too.
She’s just following the outstanding example given by Koos when he taunted protesters about how his business was open during the lockdown. There’s no reason to act mature when the rest of the echo chamber that they surround themselves with are all acting like toddlers too.
And doing what Pritzker told his radicals to do.
She says – “This is why I fight so hard for things some people think are “radical” like universal healthcare, childcare for all, the right to organize, tuition-free public education, and even universal basic income.”
Everything she fights for is something that someone else has to pay for. Her objective is to stay at home and force others support her. Her god is government.
Her agenda will lead to universal misery.
Seen the headline and immediately Koos popped into my head.
Dear Krystle…Universal healthcare does not work. Ask a Canadian. They hate it. Childcare is available for all including reduced childcare if your income meets the guidelines. The right to organize? Even though the majority has a high level of disdain for you, do we not let you organize? Are you talking about union organization? Tuition free public schools? We have the lottery. What was the purpose of the lottery? Oh yes, to offset education. Did you call up Governor Pritzker and demand he appropriate money correctly? Probably not. How about all the marijuana proceeds sold in Illinois? Gambling machines? Universal basic income. This is a hard stop Krystle. Not all are equal. You can’t pay a Taco Bell employee the same as you do as an engineer. What does that even mean? Do you just use “big words” to try and sound intelligent? You just want it all handed to you for free? Single moms are everywhere. Work for it. Earn it. Taxpayers aren’t your baby daddy.
So Krystal is encouraging her acquaintances that already can’t afford whatever to take a day off of work (like they have a job) and spend some gas money going to Springfield to bang on some pots and pans, rattle their cowbells (probably stolen from some dumb cow), and scream like a 2 year old having a temper tantrum so they can feel important.
Pritzker called for it
as a former long-time resident of b/n, it is extremely disappointing and concerning that people like this are elected to positions of authority. i don’t recall a majority of citizens sharing her beliefs. is the low voter turnout due to ignorance of issues, plain old apathy, or both?
Few bother with local elections
Quite a few citizens did not vote for her.
Those of you who did are going to get what you get, so don’t throw a fit when things go sideways with her at the helm.
Krystal won because she got ISU kids to vote an all blue ticket. Only a small percentage of the ISU kids live here year round, and even fewer will ever feel the financial impact of local elections.
Thanks to ISU, Heartland, and IWU, there are more college aged voters living in Normal than voting residents.
Thanks to the Democrats focusing nearly exclusively on getting college kids to vote blue, regardless of the candidate, the non-college residents of Normal no longer have much of a say in their community.
They didn’t bother to vote

Krystal is doing ok on YOUR tax money.
Don’t forget the 1st installment on your Mclean County Tax bill is due early June. Be sure to keep Krystal in your thoughts as you write that check !
Just wait until she starts handing out township money to her down and out friends for rent and utility assistance or anything else she can think of to spend it. So glad I don’t pay taxes to Normal Township.
I hear she was horrified when she found out she can’t hand people money. It goes directly to the supplier
