The Nazi march was obviously fake. It was hilarious see the local media and activists organizing protests. I wonder if a Not In Our Town member created it since their relevance is diminishing without visible proof of activity they can rouse the leftists to rally against?

How did I know it was fake? Because Nazi meeting letters have been mailed to numerous people twice in the last few years. Each time the media jumped on board decrying them. The sender was never found and no marches against them happened. The latest writer didn’t get the desired response, so this time something more visible had to happen.

I will be able to prove NIOT isn’t really against what they claim to be against. Give me a week or two. I have a FOIA pending I need first.

I have an update on Ty Carlton’s case against the City of Bloomington. He actually had two. The court case is ongoing. I hear the City has a gag order in place. I hope if the City decides to settle it doesn’t include a permanent gag order because the citizens of Bloomington deserve to know the truth. I received this summary from a person who attended a long hearing on a disability claimed Carlton filed in 2023. This was a re-hearing because a doctor originally had a date wrong the first time. I’m not going to reveal the name of the person who sent this to me:

I attended a Bloomington Police department hearing board meeting to decide if Mr. Timothy Carlton was eligible for PTSD. on Aug. 25, 2025. Which was held at the Bloomington Public Library. The board consisted of 5 members, 3 of which were Bloomington Police officers, I do not know who the other two were. I was told that the decision would be made by a majority vote. The gentleman who was the chair for the board was Detective Paul Swanlund, who is also the President of the departments Pension Board. Also in attendance was a lady who’s name was I think Angela who appeared to be representing the police dept. pension board. Mr Carlton was represented by his attorney and two psychology doctors, one of whom diagnosed him with PTSD in 2010 from an incident that happened while he was on duty for the police department during a domestic violence situation. The other doctor testified through zoom. Both explained that Mr Carlton had PTSD from at least 2 different incidents one in 2010 and the other in I believe 2023. Both were very highly credentialed in psychology. The entire meeting took about 4 or so hours, and appeared to be totally one sided, I observed one of the Police officers on the board, while the Dr. for Mr Carlton on zoom was speaking, was fidgeting with his cell phone throughout much of the broadcast, another appeared to be mostly uninterested. I do not know the last name of the three officers on the board, but their first names were Paul, Jeff, and Bill. I overheard someone say that 2 of the officers were detectives and that one of them was a close friend of the Chief of Police. I had never attended and arbitration hearing before, but always thought they were independent and unbiased people. Boy was I wrong, Mr Carlton had worked with or knew most of the people in attendance. Near the end of the meeting the board called for a closed session, we retired to the lobby, and was called back in for the meeting to resume about 30 minutes later, and Mr Carlton’s petition was denied.

My personal opinion was that this meeting was a total waste of time and money, I believe
all was decided prior to the meeting. With at least 3 of the 5 board members being police officers under the Chief which fired Mr Carlton this was a done deal……..

I redacted his name, I want people at the City to wonder who it was. If you don’t think they want to keep information from you, this text proves it. The guy was probably told how to vote. The guy playing on his phone was probably sent the same message.

Transparency isn’t allowed. You deserve better and so does Ty Carlton.
