My first assistant has completed his review of the case you’ve emailed about. We are unable to proceed with charging based on the information we have at this time, because we are unable to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. If more information comes to light, as always, we are open to reviewing again. If you want to discuss this in more detail, please reach out. I will be out of the office Monday through Thursday of next week but will be back on Friday.

Meanwhile the Report Card for District 87 shows dismal progress educating kids.
The School Board gave the Superintendent a huge salary and 5 year extension anyway. This was sent to me, I believe it was in the Pantagraph.

Mouser will earn more than 90% of every working person in the country. Results don’t matter, or maybe he is achieving the results the majority of the District 87 Board wants.

This was not surprising, though it is disappointing. Interesting that the States Attorney preemptively decided that they cannot prove the case in court, before a grand jury and prove the overwhelming evidence, “beyond a reasonable doubt” how public funds have been and are being used for campaigns by the communist left.
It’s so reminiscent of when Comey and the FBI reported about Bidens Top Secret files kept in the trunk of his Corvette and garage, (next to the Chinese spy phone), “he’s too old to be prosecuted” and Hillary’s lack of indictments for her never ending crime sprees. But when she spoke before Congress about the Benghazi tragedy, “Does it really matter?”, it’s all whitewashed, suicided, Benghazi’d, Ozark’d, sent to Arkansas per’ se’. No charges there either, so what’s the difference. Our States Attorney will get her Judgeship as a reward and that’s that.
