A statement of Economic Interest is required in Illinois because:
The disclosures “are intended to avoid any conflict of interest between the government and its officers and employees and to instill in the public trust and confidence in its elected officials.” Crudup v. Sims, 292 Ill. App. 3d 1075, 1076 (1997).
When candidates just write-in N/A for everything it doesn’t install public trust. If a false statement is filed:

McLean County doesn’t have a link yet on their website to new local filings, I had to ask for them. I was sent the link below to use until a link is added to the website.
Search was for McLean County – County Board: https://mcleancounty.lrseis.com/search
That link shows one candidate didn’t file the form – it is required to run for office. (Natalie Roseman-Mendoza)
The County Clerk’s Election Page has lots of information: https://www.mcleancountyil.gov/549/Statements-of-Economic-Interests
When a link to all filed statements is placed on the County website, I think that page is where it will appear.
Logan County was some problems with 2 of their County Board members filings. Start with Kathy Schmidt. She neglected to SIGN the form:

If the County Board Chair is renting this property to the US Government, it should have been reported:

Sec. 1-105.7. “Investment real estate” means any real property, other than a filer’s personal residences, purchased to produce a profit, whether from income or resale. Investment real estate may be described by the city and state where the real estate is located.
