Go to page 5 to see the amount of overtime he reported and was paid for. Page 11 shows He was frequently job hunting during working hours and when he reported working overtime.

Starting on PDF page 18 are the actions recommended by the Inspector General. They include possibly terminating Brinkley and revising policies that monitor reported overtime. Prosecuting him for theft wasn’t mentioned.

2025 shows 153 reports files. There is a lot more PPP fraud, but there are plenty of other types too.
