Previous consultants story: https://blnnews.com/2026/02/27/in-illinois-child-care-needs-a-translator/
Below is screenshot showing another part of where INCCRRA spent $17 million on consultants:

.
The total paid to 108 LLC during this time period is: $3,490,000.
I believe the real name of this vendor is 108 Group LLC. The payment is listed as “marketing”, 108 Group LLC does marketing: https://the108group.com/
Most companies state who leads the company, maybe a list of board members too. 108 Group LLC doesn’t. The contact form doesn’t have any names. The ONLY name I found is under testimonials – under the ABOUT tab. The name is Sean Daily. Was this bid? I have no idea.
Now see the bottom of their website. The address says: 30 N Gould St #39781, Sheridan, WY. There is no mention of an Illinois branch.
108 Group LLC lists other companies they are associated with. https://the108group.com/#portfolio
Nobody in Illinois does digital marketing? What is INCCRRA marketing?
I could FOIA these invoices. Weeks later I might have an answer.
I have 2 guesses. INCCRRA formed groups around the states to hear from people about childcare needs. We don’t know how participants were picked. Social media probably played a role, right in the 108 Group wheelhouse.
INCCRRA also compiled full picture reports from each of the 39 groups, they weren’t cheap to create: https://www.birthtofiveil.com/reports/#needs.
One more thing I’m just throwing out: https://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=163746
That link is an IDHS website called: Illinois Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Plan FFY 2025-2027
According to IDHS, parents deserve a choice for childcare. Parents don’t deserve a choice in where kids go to school though, just ask teachers’ unions and the politicians they elect.

Consultants are 95% of the time a ponzie scheme.
Email sent with Info about Sean Daily and Wyoming used as Shell companies.
Just ask teachers? That’s hilarious, you wouldn’t last 5 minutes as a teacher.
Voucher and charter schools lack academic accountability, increase inequality by failing to serve all students (especially those with special needs) and benefit wealthier families. They can expel students who aren’t academic up to the school’s standards.
Defunding Public Schools removes tax payer money from public education which serves the majority of students, special needs children, of an education. That’s your aim, to defund public schools, and favor heavily Nationalist Christian schools that you have featured multiple times on this blog.
Nice try! 😂
@ C Fraser
First, you either need reading glasses or reading lessons. I’m not sure which. Could you point to where Diane said to “ask a teacher?” I see where she said “ask teacher’s unions,” but not what you’re attempting to use as a gotcha. Please point it out where she said that so I can be corrected.
Second, making property owners pay for the education of other people’s children is ridiculous. Especially in a district with numerous administrators making 6 figure incomes, but there’s never enough money. Not teachers making 6 figures, ADMINISTRATORS.
I silently thank my mother and stepfather EVERY DAY for sending me to a Christian school in my hometown. Because of them, I can read faster than anyone I know. And that alone is worth me thanking them silently ever day. Because of them, I got a 27 on my ACT back in the 90s.
Take your uninformed derision somewhere else, bootlicker.
Or as Illinois public schools have shown, just keep failing ALL the children and keep the vast majority, illiterate, mathematically ignorant, historically lacking, uninformed about Civics, ill informed about about everything else and groomed to accept sexually deviant behavior, propagandized with leftist ideology, anti-Christian, anti-family, zero moral and ethical values, and rhetoric, programmed as Marxist, leftist, anarchist, revolutionaries.
Or allow competition and choice for tax dollars with charter schools that actually are successful and producing educated citizens.
BTW, removing tax dollars from a failed system, IS A GREAT THING.
This is bad indeed – great catch and detail.
Marketing – aka pyramid schemes generally and data abuses/exploit in area.
Keep up the research. Important to follow the money.
More info coming.
