In other words, Krystle doesn’t want anyone not attending Board Meetings in person to know what is going on the government they are forced to fund.
Note the agendas have no documentation with them. Minutes are useless because they only reveal what Krystle’s leadership wants revealed.
Able doesn’t want anyone outside her circle to know what she’s doing. Government For and By the People doesn’t exist in Normal Township.
