Tomorrow the Normal City Council is going to comply with the law and change their Public Comment policy.  The Edgar County Watchdogs were instrumental in forcing them to follow the law.  Citizens will finally have a voice in Normal.  It remains to be seen whether the Mayor or Council will care about public comments.  Citizens need to take advantage of the new policy!
