TAXPAYERS own the Central Illinois Regional Airport, but you know very little about the management or financial position.

It has ZERO transparency! There are no links to financial information, agendas, minutes of meetings, or who is on the Board of Commissioners.
I only know who the commissioners are because I requested Agendas and Minutes under the Freedom of Information Act.
Since the Board members are called Commissioners, I had to search for their real names:
David Colee, Colleen Kannaday, John Hanson, Beth Whisman, Kurt Bock, J. Jay Allen, and Alan Sender.

I believe Bloomington, Normal, and McLean County each appoint members. Renner appointed Hanson and Colee.

it seems to me that keeping things out of sight and therefore out of mind is the mindset of Carl and the whole airport board….the less the public knows and can easily access the less questions will be asked. hence 4:30 board meetings, hard for general public to attend when most people would be working…..hear no evil, see no evil, be no evil or however the saying goes
