District 87 refused to give me a summary of the results, I doubt I even received the complete survey.

The Illinois Attorney General’s Public Access office finally got around to ruling on my Request For Review filed in January. Even though District 87 kept changing their rationale for denying my request, the AG’s office sided with them.

See page 3 of the determination letter. District 87 threw away the money, they claim the results weren’t used. This is the worst ruling I’ve ever seen from Public Access, they had to twist the facts to write it.

Vote for Tom Devore for Attorney General. Nonsense when he is the chief prosecutor won’t be allowed from his office. School Board elections early next year!
