Many of you did report the fictitious name Google Maps assigned to Veteran Parkway. (I can tell how many people CLICKED the link!)
I’m betting Google called somebody at the City of Bloomington and asked for a clarification. Since the City thinks Route 66 traffic will enrich Bloomington, this was probably their idea.
At least the old name is history!
its Veterans Parkway! You know like every business is addressed! Is the City going to pay to update everyones businesscards & stationeriy??
