I was contacted yesterday by another alleged victim. The emailer wished she had seen all those stories before signing a contract with him. I referred her to the State’s Attorney and another victim who has a criminal and civil case that will be heard in August:

Barr got out of all previous scrapes with the law by paying people back after they went after him.

What is it going to take to stop Barr permanently?

Maybe:

Common sense and a prosecutor who knows paying people back

isn’t enough punishment for this repeat offender.
