The Bloomington police are still hiding information. Evidently they want sued.

This isn’t a one time occurence. Frequently a lot of grass is missed when Bloomington mows along the trail because the mower is too big. If the grass isn’t missed it gets scalped because the oversized mower can’t navigate the terrain.

Yesterday a mower got stuck and had to be pulled out. Residents have been known to mow themselves but it isn’t their property. Pay them Bloomington, the result would be better since they have to live the result. The yellow spots are scalped grass.
