The most revealing item of the night happened during County business that had nothing to do with immigration.
After the two hours of liberal bloviating, the Finance Committee had an item on the agenda allowing a fee to process applications for reduce property taxes to affordable housing investors. This was prompted by new State legislation. The County Assessor is allowed to charge a reasonable fee because it takes a substantial amount of staff time to process applications. $750 passed the Finance Committee. Somehow that fee was amended to $250 if the number of units was below 13 and $750 for over 12. After all the bleeding hearts wanting the County to feed and house illegals, Corey Beirne claims due to the large housing shortage the reduced fee is needed. (Where are you sending the illegals Corey?) See Chuck Erickson’s comments and Beirne around 2:15:50. ( Metzker said the vote was “under 12” and “over 12”. 12 wasn’t included)
Not everyone on the Board, especially Republicans, know how to use a microphone. That vote was 13 to 7 to approve the reduced rate. That means 3 Republicans voted yes with all the democrats. I know Randall Knapp was one of them. The Bloomington clerk states who votes NO for every vote, the County Clerk needs to do the same.
The vote on Chuck Erickson’s ordinance was at the end of the meeting. Republicans allowed democrats to end discussion because they are cowards.
Just hit play to hear Beirne pander in Spanish and the whole discussion. Chuck Erickson never got to speak because a Democrat called the vote and Republicans voted with her to end discussion. Democrats echoed the crowd, George Wendt stated facts at 2:37:40.
Only 2 Republicans voted against ending discussion: George Wendt and Chuck Erickson. The rest of them didn’t want to give Erickson a chance to defend the ordinance. 8 cowards.
The final vote had Catherine Metzker, Susan Schaffer, and Randall Knapp voting with Democrats to kill it.

Even though we are not a democracy, this meeting proves why democrats keep saying democracy is at stake. They want their minions to intimate elected officials into voting their way. Most of the coward Republicans elected gladly complied.

Knapp and Berck are not running against each other. One of them is running against Lizzy for the four year seat, and the other is running against Buck for the remainder of Mac’s term
Dennis Grundler and Mike O’Neil are primarying each other in district 2 and Brian Loeffler is primarying Wendt in District 3

I assume Molly Ward is opening her church for illegal immigrants and using her congregations offerings to house, feed and support them. Otherwise she’ll be in hell with me.
Molly “The Judge and Jury” Ward with her wicked Bible quotes of both guilt and shame should be on her knees in Prayer asking Him for mercy. Her testimony was a borderline threat and a blasphemous act for any sinner, let alone one that claims to preach His Word.
Using scripture for politics is shameful and cause for concern indeed. Maybe the churches tax exempt status needs to be investigated. “Render unto Caesar, what is Caesar’s and to God what is Gods.” But he also said in Romans 13:1 says, “Obey the laws of the Government.” There’s a scripture for everything and as a devout Christian, to hear the Word spoken with such callousness and misinterpretation is heartbreaking.
The final point of my statement that evening was to be that my wife’s family came here, legally, struggling instead of jumping ahead of everyone else seeking special treatment. Immigration has two categories for entrance into the US, economic gain and political persecution. Those seeking entrance for economic gains can seek work visas. Those escaping political persecution can have immediate entry due to threat of death in their home country.
Real disappointed in Susan Schaffer’s vote on this.

Basically the 3 who refer to themselves as Republicans are not. They are leftist progressive marxist democrats but they’re too dishonest to admit it. The vote against the Ordinance was bad enough. But not allowing Chuck to speak regarding the Ordinance really pointed out their hypocrisy. Schaefer, Metzker, & Knapp are RINOs.
Why do Democrats engage in extortion slavery? Just a different century and method. In return for providing housing they anticipate for them to support the plantation (party) if given a vote. Things are great on the plantation. The masters keep their positions and in return they get low wage workers. The answer is to deport them all!
