If you haven’t been paying attention, the Immigration Project always pops up to support illegal immigrants with bleeding heart leftist rhetoric meant to subdue citizen resistance to invasion.
What you don’t know is they get most of their money from government grants
That means taxpayers
This box on the tax return is checked:
An organization that normally receives a substantial part of its support from a governmental unit or from the general public described in section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi)
Substantial? As in 99.95%!

This is how much government has given them:
When the border was mostly secure in 2017, they received $524,280.
In 2021 with an open border they received $2,090,577.

Summary:
You pay taxes. The border is open allowing an invasion. Government then uses your money to fund non-profits like the Immigrant Project. The local leftists only support illegal immigration if government pays the bills. That’s YOU! Notice: They don’t use THEIR money.

I worked in social services for 40 years in mclean co and we never had enough money to spend on local citizens. Add the illegals and we will be totally overwhelmed and the suck of more tax money will be louder than the Titanic going down!
That is why the tax dollars sent to them quadrupled.
