What day is the grand opening of the luxury apartments in the old State Farm building?
Maybe that is the delay in the downtown blooming. Do they need to replace the lead water pipes first. That might be the hold up.

Considering the huge housing shortage, if they can’t make progress now, I would guess they never will.
I would much rather Bloomington put its focus on addressing Eastland Mall and all that prime space with rapidly decreasing tax value.
