For May they came soooo close to losing $1.5 million in ONE MONTH.

Not included as an expense is this gem:

I’m sure they capitalized spending $493,083.28 on a bus overhaul. Without a FOIA I don’t know for sure, but I bet this is one of their old buses they are forced to use because the electric buses don’t work.

See PDF page 9. Fixed route ridership is slightly higher than last year. Mobility is down 15.45%. Riders must have gotten the message they don’t want riders because trips are EXPENSIVE. Flex has 5 vehicles averaging 1.11 riders per hour.
