Preventing clean elections in Illinois

FYI: Facebook removed this story too. Russians aren’t interfering in elections, Facebook is!

Illinois elections are fair? Removing ineligible voters is essential to at least appear fair.

Background excepts from the story:

Washington, D.C.-based Judicial Watch filed suit in March in Chicago federal court, claiming Illinois state and county election authorities have flouted federal law by all but refusing to properly audit the state’s roster of registered voters and then purge from those lists people who have died, moved away or otherwise have become ineligible to vote in Illinois.

Judicial Watch has been joined in the legal action by conservative political advocacy groups Illinois Family Action, of Tinley Park, and Breakthrough Ideas, of Wheaton. The lawsuit was also filed on behalf of named plaintiff Carol J. Davis, identified as a registered voter in DuPage County.

The lawsuit asserts that as many as 60% of the jurisdictions that administer elections – including its most populous counties, such as Cook, Lake and Kane counties, and the cities of Chicago and East St. Louis – have either removed an “absurdly small” number of ineligible voters from their rolls, or have refused to report data concerning their voting list maintenance altogether.

From the story:

A Chicago federal judge has cleared two powerful labor unions to jump into a legal action to try to stop a conservative election watchdog group’s lawsuit trying to force Illinois and its county clerks do more to ensure the state’s lists of voters are up to date and accurate.

On July 18, U.S. District Judge Sara Ellis granted the request from the AFL-CIO and the Illinois Federation of Teachers to intervene against the lawsuit brought by conservative activist group, Judicial Watch.

Read the story for the absurd reasons for the ruling.

McLean County sends voters cards and don’t ask for a confirmation. If you get one of those cards in the mail for people who don’t live at your address, don’t throw it away. That person is registered to vote at your address and needs removed. Election authorities don’t know to remove them unless you let them know. Confirmation should be required in the future, I’ve had many people tell me they threw away the cards.

  1. The rules of the ILLINOIS BOARD OF ELECTIONS, is totally Absurd. DID YOU KNOW: THEIR rules say this…. If you tell us someone has moved out of State, or has died, even with proof, WE MAY REMOVE their name from the ILLINOIS voter rolls. NOT : We SHALL remove them from the voter rolls. Stupid is as Stupid does!

  2. I remember how fast Pritzker and Kinzinger (and orhers) bragged about how fast verification of the counts means noone legally can contest…pretty sad.

They think digital voting and tightening “security” (physical and virtual) will make voters feel confident about elections. The data has been bad for a long time aa well as the systems and process for counting and IT “partnerships”

Judicial Watch tried many times to get Illinois to produce and audit their rolls and refused (most counties anyway)

Illinois IT and security gurus and “leaders” (elected and not) think their new central data centers will save Illinois risks and offer up true Patriot Act abuses and surveillance and social scoring – aka Marxist abuses by those in leadership calling it “Data Analysis” and “Public Safety” and “Ensuring Election Integrity”

Ne careful who you trust – its both parties and Illinois leads the way

  3. The entire government apparatus is weaponized against you. Read “The Intel Agencies Of Government Are Fully Weaponized” at Conservative Treehouse.
