Who is Local Jobs & Economic Development Fund?
It isn’t local. The office is in Dover Delaware. Why does anyone in Dover care about McLean County elections and why did they give $10,000 to Democrat County Board candidate Jim Rogal? If you see Jim ask him!

The only person listed is Eric Heitz. He’s not hard to research – just search his name. It looks like he collects money and then doles it out.
Who is providing the money Local Jobs & Economic Development Fund hands out is what you need to know. Have you heard people complain about DARK MONEY in politics? This is it:

Ever heard of Tides? See this story: https://esterobaynews.com/featured-stories/big-money-enters-morro-bay-election/
Excerpt:
Tides Foundation is another of these so-called dark money sources that is directly tied to world financier, billionaire George Soros.
The Local Jobs & Economic Development Fund appears to be more of a middleman, taking in huge donations from political organizations, industry and the wealthy and then doling them out to candidates and causes on local ballots.
Voters need to know who is funding Jim Rogal and the local Democrat Party. Anyone tied to George Soros money makes decisions based on Soros politics, he’s not throwing money at those who don’t comply.
Both Rogal and the local Democrat Party need to explain why they took the money and what is expected of them for it. If local media existed they would be asking questions.

Outside money had been a game changer, turning McLean County into socialism
As far as one potential local laundraer, I would suggest starting with the past and present local leadership at Laborers Local 362.
What advantage nationally would there be to spend money in a local election in Illinois? Apparently I’m missing something.
Democrats have wanted McLean County for decades. This is th year they take it
Bigger question is what does Rogal owe them? Why did he get $10,000?
I wonder if they’re related to a carbon sequestration group or something like that who needs the County Board to vote their way.
That makes sense. Or it could have something to do with the wind generation. Coming from the north into McLean Co they are the first thing you notice. Hundreds of windmills.
Systems/platform projects, contracts and money funnel most likely.
A tight money funnel- just a guess.
