I hope everyone appreciates the gravity of having elected officials who think laws don’t apply to them. The State Board of Elections has notified all the people mentioned and they chose to ignore those letters.
This morning I sent a FOIA request to SBE for details of the charges. I just received an answer. All of them are for filing late. I don’t know why the last names are all highlighted except for Preston. I assume that comes from locating records through Search. Note Preston was the only one without multiple violations. Evidently the rest are slow learners.
Is this why Mathy quit the Bloomington City Council or was it just to receive incentives? Should future incentives be withheld until he pays?
At Mark Adam’s income level , his fine is a serious blow to his budget. Why is this mini-turd allowed to keep getting a government paycheck when he owes government fines ?
Who are the government officials covering for him ?
