I’m only doing this post because Krystle Able thinks the voters of Normal Township should vote for her to be the Township supervisor. Socialism has never worked anywhere because eventually more people expect free stuff than are willing to work for it. The election is April 1st!
The below is from the minutes of a Town of Normal Council meeting. It lists the people who did Public Comment and the titles they gave themselves:
Without looking it up, I think the above was from when Normal took down Jelani Day art in Uptown.
I submitted a FOIA for documents that mention Krystle Able. Part of that FOIA contained Town utility bills. Normal thought it was cute to redact the address and the bills don’t have names, but since Krystle was the subject of the FOIA these belong to her.
The below proves money management isn’t one of her strengths. In 2022 the Town set her up on a payment plan because of past due bills:

She’s a piece of work. Hope everyone gets out and votes.
She has money to eat out in restaurants, get tattooed and take vacations. She doesn’t own the house she lives in. It looks like on the tax bill her mother payed her taxes. You would think she could keep up with her utilities.
McLean County case 2010F000188 McGown vs Able- during the 11 year court battle Krystle had with her ex, his parents took the two kids away from both of them for 10 years and were actually their guardians. Krystle could make zero decisions or even live with her own children for TEN YEARS. Her resume during the ten years consists of: dcfs involvement due to poor choices and substance abuse, adding a third kid with another man, not marrying him, getting a house handed to her from her grandma dying which made her a Normal resident, selling soap in the mall, starting to date Antifa member Sonny Garcia who is paid by Illinois People’s Action to disrupt conservative events such as bring umbrellas to the Ron DeSantis event in Peoria on a sunny day and scream in the faces of elderly Veterans crossing GE road as they left the Back the Blue Rally, Sonny puts up a gofund me to have her constituents buy her a used car last year, she finally proves her fitness and gets her two now teenage kids back, and this is the best that the Democrats have and threw her on a ballot for district 4 for the county. She can’t pay her bills and deleted her official county board Facebook page over the weekend because 2 people made comments to her which is illegal. She is unable to supervise her own home and cannot handle decision making or stress so how is she able to supervise?
This is Normal, where the fiscally inept get elected and re-elected. Chymberly Cummings is just a fiscally ignorant and she was re-elected. Dem voters are so team focused, especially in McLean County, that they will vote for anyone with a D by their name or recommended by the Democrat party.
I have heard the comment by others for years there are those that would vote for a monkey for a political position as long as they had a D next to their name

You can’t vote in Normal, Corey Beirne. You live in district 10 which is the east side of Bloomington. The only thing you can do is keep teaching safe masturbation techniques to your music students until President Trump signs the executive order for teachers to stop grooming children. At that point, you’ll wish you were only a bad Mom like Krystle. There was no jail time for her bad choices. But you brag to hide illegals and you are a sexually deviant public school teacher and elected official

I agree with BNINDY. I also find it telling that more posts on this site have been dedicated to attempting to shred Krystle Able than to highlighting the merits of her opponent.
Anyone is better than a socialist
Socialism never worked? What about the Paramedics that come to your house when you have a medical crisis? What about the firemen who put out fires in your house? What about the bridges, roads and all the infrastructure? None of that is automatic nor in every country. That’s socialism, doing what is best for everyone in this country.
Social Security lifts the elderly and disabled out of abject poverty.
Social Security is for many elderly and disabled is their only source of income. They also depend on SNAP benefits. Same with Medicare and Medicaid. The elderly depend on Medicaid in nursing homes. So tell me again how socialism doesn’t work.
These programs work and if they were dismantled would see those elderly and disabled on the streets. Apparently you don’t care. SNAP benefits feed children. You don’t want to feed children. You rather they starve. You have stated that your against school lunch programs, that feed children. Let them eat cake is your argument.

Krystle Able reflects the values of the people that live in Normal. That is why they elected her. The way she raised her own children and manages personal finances accurately reflects the shared lived experiences of the citizens of the Town of Normal. That is why they vote for her. They see Krystle in themselves.
