Below are two documents. The first one is a press release that was just issued. The second is a complaint that was filed with the US Department of Education. It accuses Universities, including ISU, of violating students Rights to Privacy. Personal information was released to NGO’s who use that data to increase voter participation on campuses. It wasn’t bi-partisan since only one party had access to data like cell phone numbers.

This was discussed at the last GOP Meeting. Desi Anderson did a great job presenting this issue. She stated there may be lawsuits coming soon.
I’m not at all surprised by this. It was obvious there was a well coordinated effort at ISU. Most election judges at ISU polling locations are democrats, with only one or just a few republican election judges. How can every signature be properly checked if there aren’t enough republican election judges? Election Judge Training Sessions were made available to the ISU office of Civic Engagement, while other election judge Training was unavailable. I could go on.
Election judges in BN are almost all Democrats. Has always been that way. Everyone else is working.
Desi is overrated and un electable. Why doesn’t she focus on where she lives , which is Woodford County and start in a more basic office like school board or city council ?
If ISU handles this “voting” scam/deal like they handle their shady systems and “hiring/job” systems and process and affirmative action/DEI business rules, probably the same players involved.
Its disgusting and exploitive to taxpayers and students and job seekers in Central Illinois (and their private data)
The systems people behind all this need exposed for who they are- DEI system profiteers and pay to play clubs. (Entirely)
If the data was directory information, that’s not a FERPA violation. Directory Information is name, email, that is found on any university’s website. Unless a student specifically request that data be suppressed, there is no violation. A very, very small number of student request this suppression, usually because of a legal issue (i.e. order of protection against someone.). Now, if any more information than directory information is distributed….that’s an issue. I’m guessing there’s nothing here.
Where would this complaint go if the Dept. of Ed were to be dissolved…🤔

I don’t believe those are directory information, as they’re not publicly available on ISU’s website. However, I have seen them on other university’s websites. So, it’s possible that they are.

This explains the huge “voter” data breaches and sharing/integrating in Illinois (U of I AND ISU and Central Illinois heavily involved)
Register to vote (2 papers showing name/address or id), MUST vote the same day (That’s how the Champaign-Urbana commercials are putting it anyway.
Must be a digital voting push or something “new and innovating” grabbing the data/votes.
Who knows but it all sounds BAD and Digitally UGLY and abusive to the process and high risk.
