Local obstructing ICE

By: Diane Benjamin

Federal law explicitly states that obstructing or otherwise interfering with an ICE arrest is a crime, and anyone involved can be subject to prosecution under federal law, including 18 U.S.C. § 111 for assaulting, resisting, or impeding a federal officer and 18 U.S.C. § 1546 for using fake documents to enter or stay in the U.S.

Sonny Garcia, boyfriend of Krystle Able, wants the McLean County Board to pass an ordinance. Although it would be entertaining to see those who voted to obstruct ICE hauled off in cuffs, the State’s Attorney would probably not let this get to a vote. Sonny wants other people to do his dirty work for him.

Sonny posted this with parts cut off, blame him.

  1. Completely off the subject… Rivian Flame Vans are being stored over a State Farm. What happens if they catch fire near the residential neighborhood over there?

  2. Sonny and Krystle. 2 tool bags. BTW. Immigrants aren’t the issue. Illegal aliens are. They deliberately use incorrect language

  3. Language with misconstrued information, facts not on their side at all. Grifters! Eliminate ALL handouts they go home.

  4. Every time the left uses any type of empathy or sympathy tactic to justify their actions for illegal immigration and they start to scream about the “rights” of these illegals…remember the unanswered screams for help, for her mother by Laken Riley as she fought for her life, raped, and was beaten to death with a rock by an illegal alien. Along with so many other lives that have been senselessly harmed, families destroyed, victims of crimes that shouldn’t have happened.

  5. Sonny Garcia is a joke. This creep wants to defund the police but then threatens to “alert the authorities” for your wrongthink and hate speech. What a grifter.
