Quote: The nine-page memo clarifies that federal anti-discrimination laws apply to programs that involve discriminatory practices, including DEI policies. Organizations that receive federal funding are subject to federal anti-discrimination laws and must ensure that their programs do not discriminate against race, gender, religion and more, the memo added.

This commission was established to further Equity and Inclusion, meaning legal discrimination. It also assumes businesses owned by women, minorities, and other groups Illinois considers disenfranchised aren’t capable of success with assistance of government. That is low expectation ideology.

The Commission members are far from diverse. This link shows who Gov. Pritzker appointed to this Commission: https://cei.illinois.gov/about-the-commission/executive-leadership.html

One of the appointees:

Nikita graduated from ISU in 2006 and received a Master’s Degree in 2015. 20 years of experience? In 2022 she had only been out of college with a bachelors degree for 16 years. DEI Leadership experience? https://alumni.illinoisstate.edu/association/board/nikita-richards/

How many of Pritzker’s other appointments have inflated resumes? Was it that hard just to tell the truth?

Maybe her time in the Navy counts, I wonder why that isn’t mentioned?

  1. It looks like this commission that Pritzker created by executive order is walking on thin ice.
Race/sex based contracts or hiring are likely to be subject to civil rights lawsuits.
