Like really high electricity bills? If you didn’t opt out of either the Bloomington or Normal aggregation plan you are paying:

The plan of “opting out” is a clear sign of government not representing the people. The intent is to deceive and they know it. This government sucks. B-N, McLean County, the State of IL. ALL of them are traitors to their “charge” or oath of office if they took one.
I usually agree with you, Diane, because it’s a rarity for you to be wrong. However I think this is the first time I’ve caught an outright lie:
“I also have no idea if they care enough to even try.”
You know, I know, and anyone paying attention knows the answer there is “Hard No, unless it becomes a significant reelection issue or one of their close associates privately complains loudly.”
Less the 20% turnout means 80% don’t care
