There’s not much of anything to do with Conect Transit I would consider positive or even competent. I would be ashamed to be on their board given the high level of ineptitude shown.
If it was a private company they would have long ago gone bankrupt.
What kind of person sees an honorable man being remembered for his community service — which continued even through death — and then thinks “I’m going to take this moment to denegrate this board (and by proxy anyone who was on it) because my opinion is THAT important”?
