Lopez has one charge against him. His court appointed attorney requested bail, the judge denied it. An Order of Protection against him was granted, I don’t know who requested it.

In my opinion, the Feds made the right call on this one. The bad news is there are a ton of other people who believe the same things he does.

Note how he wasn’t kept in jail for assaulting Christian conservatives multiple times. Only for making vague threats against the president which he could never actually act upon. Release him to be a predator on campus? Yawn.
