How many years would you be allowed to be in non-compliance with the State of Illinois?

SHUT IT DOWN!!!!
ISU has a “Cybersecurity and Faculty Research and Outside Employment policy” combined with the aggressive recruitment of foreign students from various Anti-US countries, very well known for espionage against US government, public and private institutions, data, and proprietary information is a major source of concern for anyone who understands Cyberspace, security, information retention, and privacy concerns. ISU’s policy is “plausible deniability” through budgetary constraints. Thus, their inability to address the problem is absolved. They know it’s a problem and exists, is happening, has happened, and continues to happen. But if they don’t monitor it or have the ability, then it’s not happening, if it’s not detectable by their current technology -does it exist? Is it really happening? Your damn right it is!
