That story says the grant deadline to finish the project is June 2027, but I also heard September 2027. Either way, Normal is running out of time.
I’m not counting on the council coming to its senses… Whatever the new cost and timeline is, I’m afraid it’s gonna be another 4-3 vote in favor.
I agree, Koos has the votes, just trying to find the money for the latest cost projection.
How much would you have other people pay to build you a monument?
Koos will never give up on the underpass. He laughs at anyone who thinks it’s foolish because he honestly believes he’s our better.
