5 More Things You Need To Know

Does Corey Beirne know it is illegal to ban people from seeing and commenting on his re-election page?

Evidently he doesn’t want to hear comments contrary to what he believes. Start by reading the 1st Amendment Corey.

Quote:

Nearly one-third of Illinois’ counties have voted to potentially explore creating a new state separate from Cook County, and seven more counties could join them this November.

McLean County isn’t one of them. Normal Township gets to vote on divesting in Israel. That will make anyone’s life better and more affordable?

How many things are wrong with this story? https://www.wglt.org/local-news/2026-07-09/15-people-detained-during-ice-raids-in-bloomington-normal

Just because the Biden Administration failed to uphold the laws Congress passed, millions of unvetted people aren’t here legally. Self deport and get a free trip home plus cash.

Housing demand is falling due to restrictive immigration policies, but the affordable housing shortage continues, says the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies.

Somebody finally figured out open borders created housing shortages. Schools aren’t teaching Supply and Demand Economics?

  1. Everyone should read the proposed Section 219 to the new NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) that basically intertwines the militaries of the USA and Israel in every way, shape and form. If passed in both houses of Congress and signed by the President, a foreign country will have access to all our military technology, national security information and military hardware. Anyone voting or promoting this legislation should be brought up on charges of treason. It will entirely compromise our military operations. Doesn’t matter if it’s an “ally” or enemy. Everyone should feel the same way if it’s Britain, Canada or any country at all. Many Congressmen are for it.

      1. I expected such a response. To be fair, no one in the Middle East is our friend, never have been, never will be. The U.S. Liberty was attacked on purpose by the IDF. Those aboard that day were silenced to say anything about it. Israel has been spying on us for years. Former IDF and Mossad members are embedded in our government as we speak in IT and many federal departments and passing the information back to the Israeli government. Zionist Mike Huckabee even invites a former convicted Israeli spy into his office and strikes up a friendship. The interior of our federal government is so compromised it isn’t funny. AIPAC should be registered as a foreign lobby group but isn’t. It’s members are more loyal to Israel than the U.S. Examples are all over the Internet for anyone willing to learn and see it with their own eyes. This garbage that everyone that questions Israel is an anti-semite has to stop. But don’t worry, our Congress will pass this even to the USA’s demise.

    1. Your statements are not supported by fact.
      1. Israel does not get unrestricted access to U.S. classified information
      2. Israel does not get access to “all U.S. military hardware”
      3. It does not merge the U.S. and Israeli militaries
      4. It does not constitute “treason”

      Prove me wrong.

        1. He was running for governor. Either it’s illegal or it isn’t. It’s not illegal for one party and legal for another. Quit making excuses.

    1. In Illinois, whether elected officials can ban or block people on social media is governed by the First Amendment and clarified by the U.S. Supreme Court’s unanimous ruling in Lindke v. Freed. Officials cannot block constituents from pages used as official government forums, but they may block users on truly personal accounts.

Beirne banned comments on his campaign site.

      1. Beirne let me comment on his district 10 Facebook page for a while, until he became so unhinged at my respectful questioning that he decided to block me altogether. This is my representative in the county government. He acts like a child. Anyone in D10? Vote for Matt Steinkoenig.

        1. I was able to get on Corey TJ Beirne’s District 10 Facebook page using a different account.

Not only did he block me from his public site, but he erased some of the questions I asked and his responses where he frankly embarrassed himself with his childish denigration of one of his constituents.

This all occurred on the post where he unjustly attacked Bloomington council member Sheila Montney.

So you have a County Board member attacking a Bloomington city council member about a discussion in a city council meeting.

Pretty seedy if you ask me. Actually no it’s worse than seedy. He has no business trying to manipulate city government by demeaning a council member.

Maybe Beirne should reread his Equity training on bullying.

  2. From my observation the Middle East has been made up mostly of those that hate America, one has to look at the number of Americans killed by those in power in Iran who support terrorist spread around in other Middle East countries I believe that we need at least one super power in the Middle East that supports America and prays to the same God that we do so Israel meets that criteria. And they owe a lot of their security and existence to America therefore I don’t believe that they would in any way harm our country.
And yes there may be those in Israel that infiltrate and spy on us but with the amount of leftist Waco demoncrats around and in our government i can’t say that I blame them. Add that to the growing number Islamist in our country and from what I have read they would support destroying Israel.

    1. Anyone should be concerned with any foreign government that does not have our best interest at heart. I voted for Teump.three times and supported Israel one hundred percent.for years. That said, the facts on.the ground today say otherwise that they can’t be trusted. Tge same was probably the same years ago when alternative media never existed and all the negative stuff was covered up by the media. Israel has already made it clear that they want to be.a world superpower, just not only.the ME, even it means to the detriment of the USA. There are so.many U.S. enemies in and outside our government you can’t count them all. Israel has stated on.many occasions they have no problem exporting their political enemies to the U.S. and elsewhere now and in the future including the Muslims. Anyone in that region, including Israel, has no.problem lobbing nukes if they think.it is necessary or bringing.on.the building of the third temple. Every country.is the ME are ruled by religious nuts and war criminals. And yes., Israel would harm.us at a drop.of a hat if they saw it beneficial. Pull.up any AIPAC meeting or any Jewish national.or international.political.meeting and hear it for yourself. The only thing Israel likes about us is our money and tech that keeps them cozy and warm. Also, Israel’s God is not the Christian God anymore than Allah is. The Talmud and Quaran are pretty clear what they think of non-believers.

  3. Well I have been blocked from seeing and posting comments by our Normal Township Supervisor for over a year. So besides Berne being sensitive to the truth and transparency, the other politburo members have issues as well.

  4. The foreign entanglements warned to us by our forefathers included ALL foreign countries which does not exclude Israel. Let the United States of America answer to no other but it’s own citizens. Dual citizens need not apply.

  5. I’m voting for Bierne. He may be a little conservative at times , but his wife’s charming disposition & solid DSA credentials more than make up for that. And they work as team. That’s important.

Mr & Mrs Bierne-Scott are working hard to bring more progressive and equitable solutions to our community.

    1. …”his wife’s charming disposition” LOLOL😂.
You are correct about her being a progressive socialist tho.

  6. The progressive, socialist ideologoies are nothing more than pure communism. Thing I don’t like about communism is the obvious hypocrisy. Those comrades at the top striving to be a part of the wealthier privileged class still ranting about the poor and downtrodden as they embrace capitalism for their own benefit. Quick reference local Crystal Able “”working” three jobs making $135,000.00 per year begging other folks to buy her a $49.00 cardboard cutout of her favorite hero, another communist. Lol, it’d be funny if it weren’t so sad.

Although beat up and taken advantage of capitalism on the other hand provides opportunity for everyone. But you’ve got to work for it. The key word being “work” of which can be realized in many ways. I’d much rather have the chance to do better financially via capitalism than accept some kind of government decided financial equality that keeps me in mediocracy for life.

  7. Diane, “thank you” for the nbcchicago.com/news/local/chicago-politics/illinois-separation-movement-continues-with-7-more-counties-set-to-vote/3958136 link! That was a MOST INTERESTING article…and videos. Indiana had invited the eastern IL counties who were wanting to leave to become part of our State. Of course, nothing happened, but I can tell you folks in Indiana do understand the reasons IL counties want to leave! I lived in central IL for over 30 years, but left just before it started to become the State it is now.

  8. Thought I read about 3 jobs here. If not, then I am in error. The premise remains the same. Communist preaching to others while embracing capitalism for themselves.
