Midterm elections are November 3rd. Closely following are local primary elections on February 23rd (if needed) and local supposed non-partisan elections on April 6th. Turnout for that election is aways ridiculously low since most people don’t even know an election is happening. It’s almost like the people who established election dates did these close together so few people would care. It also how radicals win – good people who expect efficient government stay home.

You probably heard Charles (Charley) Brim announced he is running for Ward 8 in Bloomington. That will be the April 6th election. I’ve never met him, just interacted some with him on Facebook.

This statement is from his press release announcing his candidacy:

Brim is the only candidate running on a platform centered on public opposition to large-scale data center development in Bloomington, greater transparency in city government, fiscal responsibility, and a belief that elected officials should remain accountable to the constituents they were elected to represent.

One thing is sure – Brim isn’t an Abby Scott who campaigns on reducing the property tax burden and then votes to raise property taxes:

Here’s the best reason to vote for Brim: Democratic Socialists oppose him:

“Racist comments” is worn out terminology for radicals without any policies other than redistributing your money to people who didn’t earn it. Try harder Krystle. She provides no reasons to vote for Mark Adams because she can’t. Low turnout April 6th means the DSA backed candidate wins because radicals do vote while too many normal people don’t.

I consider it a badge of honor knowing socialists oppose any candidates I have interacted with. 😁

Right on the Home page it says they support the Progressive Agenda. Krystle Able calls herself a progressive. What is that? Socialist!

Social Justice (everyone is racist except their members)

Below is why I wrote all of the above. Every local candidate this group endorsed is a democrat. Of course Chicago is expanding here. November is expected to be a low turnout election too. These socialist endorsed candidates only win if antisocialists voters stay home.

Ask everyone listed if they accept endorsements from Socialists.
