I logged on this morning and found the previous stories about Justin Barr had been read a zillion times overnight, so I need to post the new charges against Barr in this County. He has been charged in numerous others.

New McLean County Charges:
Bond on these charges was $25,000
Same charges – different case number. Bond was $18,000
He bailed himself out.
Barr could have been stopped years ago if he had been charged in other cases. The wheels of justice are pokey, but then nobody gets run over by them either.
Personal responsibility will never be replaced by the legal system. Watch who you trust. If anybody wants cash upfront for work, run.
Bottom line, he’s allowed to keep working AND deceiving people? He gets a slap on the wrist and he’s out again to continue his charade? This is justice???
He has numerous court dates soon in other counties. People need to be smarter about who they hire and paying them upfront.
