Last week I received a tip concerning chaos that happened at DAT bar in Lexington. The Lexington police gave me the following this morning: (Don’t quit reading!)
Adam Deal, age 38 of Pontiac, IL. Deal was arrested for Aggravated Battery. The McLean County State Attorney’s also charge him with Mob Action. Bond was set at $50,000 10%. Deal has posted bond.
Nicholas Page, age 25 of Peoria, IL. Page was arrested for Aggravated Battery. The McLean County State Attorney’s also charge him with Mob Action. Bond was set at $30,000 10%. Page has posted bond.
Adam Greenway, age 29 of Flanagan, IL. Greenway was arrested for Aggravated Battery. The McLean County State Attorney’s also charge him with Mob Action. Bond was set at $20,000 10%. Greenway has posted bond.
Jason Dyer, age 43 of Cooksville, IL. Dyer was arrested for Aggravated Battery. The McLean County State Attorney’s also charge him with Mob Action. Bond was set at $30,000 10%. Dyer has posted bond.
Gino Wendes, age 24 of Kankakee, IL. Wendes was arrested for Aggravated Battery and Aggravated Battery to a person over the age of 60. The McLean County State Attorney’s also charge him with Mob Action. Bond was set at $20,000 10%. Wendes has posted bond.
Deal, Dyer, Greenway and Wendes were arrested at the Lexington Police Department on 02/24/21 after interviews were conducted. Page was arrested the following morning after interviews were conducted.
What make these guys so special?

My sources tell me these 5 came to Lexington looking for a fight. They even assaulted an elderly veteran who tried to stop the them.
The State of Illinois should have highly paid job openings! Of course this is Illinois.

I would bet their Union makes this fight “go away”
Take a look at this story of a fight between State workers, (America Evans who is an Office Supervisor making $360,000 per year) – this fight happened on the job. Looks like the Union made this go away and the IL tax payers get to pay her for all of her back pay and benefits – and she keeps her job as Office Supervisor for $360,000 per year. Must be a really big office?

This story about America Evans is disgusting.
Careful reading of this article reveals that the State worker in question doesn’t make $360,000/year. She was awarded those funds as part of a successful union arbitration (upheld by the courts). The funds were for back pay and were given to the State worker for a few years of not working for the State as her grievances (for being terminated) worked their way through arbitration and then court hearings.
Keep watching, these guys will get off too. Probably years from now
Ok, but it’s still a really nice chunk of money, the type “special people” like state workers get, not so much the regular serfs. As to the corrections officers, yes I am fully aware of the hazards of their occupation, their salaries are still a little on the high side, and part of the reason their job is so dangerous at times is because of the way prisons are run, but I’m not getting into that here. there are good and bad people in pretty much any line of work, none are ALL angels, nor are all devils. I agree this will be kept on the down low as much as possible.

I agree that the $360,000 was awarded for her back wages & benefits – but I don’t see anywhere stating that America Evans was terminated. Everything I am seeing online states she is currently an employee of the State of Illinois and in her same position of Office Supervisor. Her 2019 salary was published as $335,700 – it is possible that with her salary increases she may/may now make over $360,000?
