56 men signed that document, all were marked for death by the British government because of their signatures.
During the years of war fought for freedom a fort was captured, Stoney Point. The victorious Lt. Col Johnson send a message to George Washington:
“Our officers and men behaved like men who are determined to be free.”

In the spirit of the 4th, this is a must listen to interview about the warning signs for Americans. Examples from the past from those that have escaped communism, fascism and authoritarian rule; examples from the present about how history is repeating itself and a warning about where our future is pointing.

FROMHERE I watched that video in it’s entirety. Interesting…. Scary….thought provoking….those are just a few words that come to mind. To fight for the “right to suffer” is a novel way to see freedom, to say the least. . It is clear though that we are living under soft Totalitarianism that is trying to turn hard. We best resist now because most won’t later.
