Things to know:
- Trump isn’t charged with insurrection, if Jack Smith could have charged him he would have. Facts got in his way – like Trump offering National Guard troops that was rejected and his speech telling people to “peacefully protest” at the capital.
- The Illinois lawyer who filed for 5 citizens has declared Trump guilty without a trial. Yes folks, you can be found guilty in the Illinois legal system without a trial.
- The lawyer who filed the documents need complaints filed against his law license for this statement in the story:

The word “democracy” does not appear anywhere in the Constitution, therefore his claim that a “constitutional democracy” can be lost is a lie. Democracy is mob rule which is exactly what this filing is – the mob. In Illinois laws aren’t obeyed, they get changed to whatever fits the agenda. See the Town of Normal – they got Rep Sharon Chung to change a law that applies only to them. Democracy!

Early voting is suppose to start February 8th. Ballots need to be printed. This un-America political stunt just causes chaos. Of course that’s what Marxists want. When the Supreme Court rules all the states are violating Trump right to due process and declare them invalid Democrats will then attack the Supreme Court as radical.

Republicans should establish a partisan panel that defines the border situation as an “invasion”. Then under the 14th Amendment declare Biden has given aid or comfort to the enemies of America and is excluded from holding office.
There is absolutely no difference between this and what they’ve done to Trump.

Electorally does it matter if Trump is on the Illinois ballot? Illinois is about as blue as it gets…..I’ve felt for years the only time my vote counted was in local elections. Aren’t we a winner takes all state?
Makes you wonder why they are wasting time doing this! It proves it has nothing to do with laws, they want to create a perception for their uniformed voters.
Or, maybe to establish a president to eliminate people they don’t like from running. Aka known as banana republican-ism.
What’s really bothersome to me is the fractured Republican party. For example the Koch brothers are dumping millions into Haley’s campaign I read. If Trump does get the nomination….whoever gets the nomination…. the party and all the big players should support 100%. That didn’t happen before and that’s why the democrats have been successful. That’s what it’ll take to change the direction of this country.

Trump is my choice this time because no one else has a chance to beat him, unless they cheat. As is paramount, get out and vote. Your vote does count. In this case the possibility exists that the Trump vote could so overwhelm the election fraud system that the demonrats can’t pull it off in 2024. Are there better choices than Trump? Perhaps. But they are not on the ballot as far as I can see.

Corrupt Atty General Judy Garland appointing Jack Smith to prosecute Trump isn’t even valid. Democrats know they are above the law, so they don’t follow it. Former Atty General Ed Meese is challenging Smith’s appointment. Hopefully, the court will do its job and tell Smith he has no qualification to bring charges against Trump.

I am absolutely voting for President Trump. After EVERYTHING they are throwing at him, it is so obvious the deep state fear him. He needs and deserves our support. He is truly fighting for what’s left of our Constitutional Republic in the hopes of getting us back on track. Nikki Haley is a bought and paid for globalist. DeSantis does not impress me either. Vivek sure talks a good game, but we’ll have to wait and see. No one has the numbers in support that President Trump has.

Evidently they didn’t read section 5
“The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.”
For this section alone I believe the SCOTUS will toss any case to remove DJT from a ballot.
I agree complaints need to be filed against the lawyers who filed the case. Simply for the fact they can’t read and what insurrection occurred. Congress has not defined what an “insurrection” is as it applies to the 14th Amendment.
It makes me wonder who is footing the expense for these cases. Lawyers don’t work for free. Guess what fools you just wasn’t your money.
