All of the proposed changes before the Rules Committee were written by Democrats. The rule changes were theirs, you need to know that to see why Val Laymon’s motion to reconsider violated Robert’s Rules of Order and Board rules.

Since Democrats “caused an action item to be placed on the agenda…” they illegally reconsidered and passed items that had not prevailed in the votes.
The entire Rules Committee meeting last week needs thrown out – start over. This time leave out the partisan crap.
By hook or crook, these political parasites simply don’t care what rules are broken as long as they get what they want!
Val Laymon and Elizabeth Johnston are at the very core of any deceitful partisanship that occurs on the county board.
Additionally , they both covet and relish their roles as elected officials and think they are way smarter than regular taxpayers and citizens.
In reality , they are just a sandwich shop worker and ‘social therapist’ respectfully and have no idea what responsible public stewardship even means or how government is supposed to serve the citizens.
Laymon and Johnston likely both understood what they were doing was out of order and illegal – they simply thought/knew they could get away with it and no one would notice.
Laymon and Johnston serve only their progressive/socialist/democrat agenda Masters – by any means necessary.
Think women who hang around Antifa and BLM thuggery. Life’s losers who get involved in identity politics to find friends and to feel better about themselves. Fake power freaks.
They will use their bully tactics until someone pushes back. Who on the board is willing of standing up to or against the pressures, and abuses of their public, private newspaper, and radio stations (minus one) with a private (on call) army of masked ruffians. The Democrats have mastered the victim card of feigning tears whenever anyone replies back to their illogical nonsense and lies. Then erasing and deleting all evidence of their own attacks, like narcissistic sociopaths claiming the victims caused the abuser to become angry and forced them to hit them, like domestic abusers.
As a taxpayer we are not responsible for their social welfare programs. As Christians we may be but that’s called charity and is not a government responsibility.
Government is their religion.
