Tax payers will continue pay for her.
And Tax payers will probably pay for any lawsuits also?
How will we ever get out from under the powerful unions in Illinois? They seems to protect folks who should not be protected.
If the person wasn’t convicted of a crime, it won’t show on the criminal background check. Sadly, some organizations prohibit googling people in the process of a job search.

I’m not surprised one bit. Their egregious and wholehearted embrace of gender ideology which unquestionably harms children is enough to know their priorities are wrong. In addition to that, they’ve fully embraced marxist ideology. The Superintendent knowingly lied about the Unit 5 tax increase as a way to encourage people to vote for it. Public schools are not safe for children either physically or mentally. They will not properly discipline bullies and troublemakers, because they don’t want to offend them or hurt their feelings. On top of all that, look how many children of illegal aliens are now in Unit 5. Every parent and grandparent who can must get their children out of public schools and homeschool them. You will save their lives.

It seems to be difficult for anyone to become a sub/paraprofessional in districts and state and outrageous “fees” (multiple”) and system is time consuming, bad and expensive background checks (we pay for) but for some reason these people can get through NO Problem and keep jobs!
Something smells and its probably the same players and system partners or just ridiculous tactics on counties and districts. Who wants to be in that system or rat race? No wonder they have a shortage or subs/para and staff….
Possibly she fit Unit 5’s Equity (non-dominant identity) standards and that’s good enough now? They certainly wouldn’t want a white male heading up Security!
So we hire this level of failed beauracrats into the schools now? Lack of empathy, compassion, as well as failure to discipline when she was a warden. Now shes unable to simply take a childs statement and pass it along to her supervisor, a nurse, office worker, the parents, the rosource officer, or anyone else? Yeah, quality!
