The underpass is going to be even more expensive when a new contract is proposed for construction later in April.
It’s possible the Town is stripping amenities to bring down the cost, all the fancy items will be added back in future years.
Chris Koos, Kevin McCarthy, Rory Roberge, and Karyn Smith are hellbent on building at any cost. (actually they are Koos patsies)
Since these 4 don’t care what citizens think:
Stop eating out in Normal.
Refer anyone asking for lodging to Bloomington instead of Normal.
The only thing Normal understands is decreasing revenue. The project isn’t viable. The only reason it hasn’t been scrapped is because Koos’ three progressive clowns refuse to see the truth.
How much abuse are people going to take?
But, but, but, it’s only 1/4 of a percent increase. Let’s see that 1/4 of a percent year over year only 1/4percent,people who now eat or drink in Normal are now paying what 12, 13, percent tax just to get something to eat at a restaurant. That 1/4 sure does add up!
All so koos koos can have his name engraved on a tunnel.
Residents of Normal just keep voting these 1/4 of percent people into power and someday you all will be paying $50 for just a hamburger $25 tax and $25 for the burger. Remember it was only just a 1/4 percent increase.
