What ideas does Josh have? Keep reading.

Crockett is on the Finance Committee of the Heartland Community College Board. How much have property taxes increased since he was elected?
h/t a reader:
How do I know Joshua Crockett will raise your property taxes? Because he did as a Heartland Community College Trustee.
During his tenure:
Cumulative 47.9% increase
2022 = 12.6%
2023 = 12.6%
2024 = 8%
2025 = 8%

He wants to make vital records available at locations outside of the County Clerk’s office. How are birth certificate, death certificates, marriage license, etc secure if libraries, townships, and civic organizations can hand them out? Free parking is available east of the Government Center. Is going there to difficult if it means secure documents? How much is this grand plan going to cost? Are all these alternate locations going to handle cash?
Josh also wants universal voting which mean you can vote anywhere. With no ID required, think fraud won’t be rampant? One person could vote numerous times under different names and no one would know the difference. I’m sure voting lists would “accidently” be made available.
Crockett also wants to recruit high school and college kids to be paid election judges. I poll watched a Mike Madigan precinct years ago where two high school girls ran the election. They both spoke Spanish as did many voters. They allowed the to Democrat precinct captain to take the voter book so he could see who to “remind” to vote. A candidate on the ballot brought them chocolates and campaigned right in front of them. Kids are easy to fool, must be why Crockett wants them.
How much more do want to pay in property taxes?
Progressives have “wonderful” ideas and send you the bill. There is never a review of how those ideas are working.
If you get his literature dropped off at your house – note what’s missing. Let me know when you figure it out.
