Since their previous lies were easily debunked, the LWV tried again with a new video.
It still calls the Save America Act the Save Act. Is truth to difficult?
This one features 4 people. First is a lady who has her birth certificate but somehow not her marriage license. Sorry LWV, adults that don’t have a file of important documents need to grow up and be responsible.
The 2nd guy is rural and would have to drive 2 hours to register. Seriously? Does he have to drive 2 hours to vote too? Probably not because there is probably a local election authority with voting and therefore voter registration.
They claim the next person can’t afford a Passport. Then don’t get one. It isn’t required to register to vote.
The 4th guy moves. LWV thinks moving requires something more than a change of address. He of course can’t find his documents either.
The video goes on to claim passing the act will make it more difficult for millions to vote. They just don’t want secure elections we can trust.
Maybe the real reason this democrat organization (pretending to be nonpartisan) doesn’t want it passed is because of what Democrat Senator Elise Slotkin stated:

Nice try LWV, try harder. Around 80% of the country wants voter ID, you didn’t mention that is in the bill.
WGLT should partner with a balanced group if local fair debates are the goal. It is a mockery of local voters to use the LWV. The public will be as uniformed as they were before the debate. WGLT leans left, how about somebody that leans right WGLT? It sure isn’t the LWV.
Diane what may not be polite to say, and certainly is not PC to say is, do we care if people that are that irresponsible or flaky even vote? I am not, that for is sure and for certain. It’d be a form of Darwinism….kind of a basic IQ test….are they to dumb to vote.
I also wonder how many birth certificates and marriage certificates the League of Women voters could have paid for low income people to obtain, with the costs they otherwise wasted on a stupid propaganda video based in lies.
In the amount of time it took each of those actors to film their bit, each of them could have driven to, called for, or online ordered from the relevant county clerk to obtain all the documents they are missing, for very low or even sometimes no cost.
Next.
This is me. A true American citizen that was born and raised here, never been out of the country in my life except for one three day cruise to the Bahamas. Wooo-whoo! Anyway, why should my vote essentially be negated by a system with more holes in it than Swiss cheese allowing non-citizens, actually encouraging non-citizens to vote when they absolutley have no right to do so?
