$88,000 for 45,000 Normal residents wasted on the Zagster fraud. That is $1,955 per Normal resident per year to borrow a bicycle if you really want to and don’t have one laying around. Just outrageous!!! But we had to have a tax increase!!!
It’s $1.95 per resident, but I think Normal’s population is higher.

Yes it is! If you want to ride a bike, go buy one. It’s not the taxpayers job to fund you.
Maybe the extra attendees at 1 Voice this year will get Scott Preston out of his hotel room and spending less on room service.
