If Nikita is still employed at the City of Bloomington after obviously accessing political websites from a City computer, maybe the new City Manager can explain why. Tim Gleason? After reading the information below, he REALLY needs to explain why she is still getting paid by the taxpayers of Bloomington. I bet the Illinois State Police will be interested.

The Browser History I received is for 7/9, 7/10, 7/11 and 7/17/2018. Nikita was on vacation for other days I FOIA’d and no history is listed for those days.
Also note the Browser History I received is not a complete history, Facebook.com is listed, but not which page on Facebook.

So, what’s the first problem?
All of these pages have links described as shopping: Amazon Shopping, Google Play App shopping, etc – pages:

Was Nikita shopping for the City of Bloomington?
No, I FOIA’d any PCard purchases she made during July.

The PCard charges were for background checks and 2 banners from FastSigns. I have no idea why HR needs large banners, they deserve another FOIA.
There are many entries for Google Analytics. Also obtained by FOIA was a list of City employees who use this site as part of their job. Nikita is not on the list:
Note #3 – Google Analytics is used to provide statistics on website activity etc. Since Nikita is not in the IT department, what website was she analyzing? Her campaign website?
Also on 7/17 are many entries for Google.com described as Search Engines and Portals. Nothing in her job descriptions requires using any of those tools.
There are also entries relates to web fonts. Since Nikita is not employed as a programmer, why is she going to “font” sites?
I only received data for FOUR days – all days Nikita was paid by taxpayers.
In those FOUR days a considerable amount of time was spent shopping and going to sites not job related.
The City Manager is in charge of the City employees. Tim Gleason needs to explain why your tax dollars are paying Nikita Richards.

Justice in 2018 has to be demanded, nobody just does the right thing anymore. I can’t wait to see Nikita’s supporters explain why her actions justify voting for her for County Clerk.
Violations constitute official misconduct, some people actually do get prosecuted, still waiting for Tari Renner.
Do laws matter? Time will tell.
One more note: Many of the websites listed come up “Page Not Found”. Why is that?
