Debt service payments are made from property tax revenue…
Property taxes are suppose to fund pensions
Debt service too. I think Parks & Rec are paid with property taxes. It all gets lumped into the General Fund so it’s hard to tell where the $$ is from.
Tif money does too
Spend, spend spend. when you have a place named “uptown” you have an image to keep up. WHATEVER the cost!
