Normal doesn’t WANT the public’s input. They are REQUIRED, a.k.a. burdened, to have this because of the grant funding. Public input will be ignored just like the Underpass, the Mural, and the Colesseum. Delaying to repair the road until 2023 is your big hint this is not simply fixing the pothole-ridden road. I hope someone who goes will post pictures.
It is an informational meeting…sharing the decisions already made.
