Next time either tries to hold you accountable for violations of Municipal Code, ask them why violations are okay for them!

Brian Day would say Normal is a Home Rule municipality so Federally chosen holidays don’t apply.
Common sense rules do not exist in corrupt TOWNS.

President’s Day is not a paid legal holiday for Normal. They are open and working today.
