Next time either tries to hold you accountable for violations of Municipal Code, ask them why violations are okay for them!
They love flipping off everyone. This is only one of the many ways they do it. To call them hypocrites is accurate but too nice a description.
Brian Day would say Normal is a Home Rule municipality so Federally chosen holidays don’t apply.
Common sense rules do not exist in corrupt TOWNS.
President’s Day is not a paid legal holiday for Normal. They are open and working today.
