Since the County Clerk is elected, sample ballots are posted today. They couldn’t be finalized until a final decision was made about Robert Kennedy Jr’s name being on the ballot. That was a no brainer since Illinois is blue and they never wanted his name removed because they think it helps Harris. They just had to make the procedure look fair. The final decision was made yesterday.
Since the Bloomington Election Commission isn’t accountable to anyone, a sample ballot is not posted yet.
See ballots for everywhere but the City of Bloomington: https://www.mcleancountyil.gov/1600/Ballots
Start with the 3 questions Springfield put on the ballot ONLY to keep a Parental Rights question off the ballot. Remember this? https://blnnews.com/2024/02/14/parental-rights-in-jeopardy-in-illinois/
Only 3 State questions are allowed on any ballot so the Democrats threw these together quickly because your opinions are immaterial:

.
The first one won’t apply in Chicago where I witnessed a candidate on the ballot handing chocolates to poll workers and greeting voters. Who decides on “interfere”? Is putting signs too close to a polling place interfering?
The second question was already defeated a few years ago because thinking people know rich people don’t have to live in Illinois and continue to be fleeced. They will leave and take their tax dollars with them. Many already have left.
The third question will raise the cost of health insurance for everyone. If you want to pay more for other people’s health care, vote yes. It doesn’t say if that applies to illegals too but since they get free healthcare it likely does.
More on the election in the future.

Oh good g_ods!!! 🙁 🙁
Other options
1. Should any election worker that improperly executes the counting of ballots, allows non-citizens to vote, who knowingly counts illegal ballots or who hides ballot tabulation to achieve one party’s political gain be charged with civil penalties?
2. Should the Illinois Constitution require that any tax increase be offset by spending cuts?
3. Should any Illinois citizen that does not support late term abortion be absolved from taxation in an amount appropriate to the state’s spending on late term abortion?
“trust the system and data sharing” and our vendor partners….
I went to the County site, provided by a vendor. I found it very difficult to find my sample ballot.
Couldn’t type in your address?
John, our site works well by typing in your address. Let us know if you are still having trouble? Sorry you indicate here that it is “very difficult”. I just typed in mine and works fine, let me know if you still can’t find yours?
