Laws apply to judges too!

By: Diane Benjamin

Below is why judges should NEVER be retained. They end up thinking they are gods.

Trump was elected to get criminal illegals out of the country. Obstructing the President’s performance of his duties deserves justice. Remember when states wanted to deport illegals and the Supreme Court told them immigration enforcement was the job of the Executive Branch?

Facts about Knecht:

After being a local judge, he went to the appellate court:

He’s still getting paid with a pension, ask him why the amount varies so much:

I wonder if he knows JRS (Judges Retirement System) was only 45.26% funded as of June 2024. PDF page 7: JRS Financial Report

Now see this link: https://www.illinoiscourts.gov/justice/42/James-A-Knecht/justice/

Excerpt: He serves on the Illinois Family Violence Coordinating Council and on the National Advisory Board of the Corporate Alliance To End Partner Violence.

Retired Judge Knecht posted the following on Facebook. Judge Dugan was arrested for deliberately helping an undocumented immigrant, accused of domestic violence, escape through a back door. She directed ICE agents waiting OUTSIDE the courtroom to speak with the chief judge while she directed the accused on how to escape. No one is above the law—not even judges. ICE apprehended the abuser despite her efforts.

Is Knecht losing sleep because he’s done something similar? He should be more concerned this judge let an illegal accused of domestic violence loose. Two people he sent to the hospital were sitting in the courtroom waiting to testify.

We know what DEI really means. Since he doesn’t do any of his opinions have value?

Another excerpt from the above link: He is a member of the Board of Directors of the ISU Foundation Board.

(speaks volumes)

Knecht needs a history lesson:

  1. Oh so is it now a legitimate legal excuse to commit any crime you want, as long as you use Judge Kneckt’s argument that the crime was committed because of “a mistake in judgement or a reaction to the furor over (insert any policy here)???

I dislike legalized abortion. So if I murder an abortionist, per Judge Knecht I can get away with all legal consequences because of my “reaction to the furor over ” abortion policy. Or what if I robbed Judge Kneckt’s house and then claim I only did it because of a “mistake in judgement”?

Can he handle my murder trial please? And what’s his home address? Lol. What a fool.

  2. Can we ever be America again? It’s so disheartening to realise just how deeply liberalism, and to a lesser extent communism, have hijacked our legal system. I’m unable to fathom the thinking behind giving ILLEGAL ALIENS due process rights and fighting their deportation!! These liberal judges, at all levels, are very successfully undermining our country. They are the weapon of our demise.

  3. This statement by Knecht says it all –
“The state judiciary and federal authorities are obligated to cooperate. One does not encourage cooperation by arresting a judge to punish her for what may have been a mistake in judgement, or a reaction to the furor over immigration policy.”

    1. The only non-cooperation involved here is the impeding of federal authorities from carrying out their lawful responsibilities.
    2. Since when has the State judiciary required ‘encouragement’ to do their job? Follow the law. Period.
    3. No mistake was made by this judge. Implying so is a copout.
    4. It is not the job of a judge to consider the “furor” over a law. Judges don’t get to choose which laws to execute and which ones to ignore based on the “public sentiment”.
    5. I’d like to know how Knecht defines DEI. Does he look at shade of skin and public sentiment before applying the law? How will he apply Equity in his rulings?

Knecht and the judiciary branch of our government has lost its way. They are no longer our protectors and fair arbiters; they have become part of the problem.

  4. I am also tired of hearing Judge Anthony Nepalatono defending these rogue judges on Newsmax!

  5. Cry harder James Knecht! Oh the horror a judge gets arrested. What I’d like to say starts with GO F
One Youtuber I watch said it well. People in government should go to prison and that includes judges! They need to be held to a higher standard!
Shall we consult those who shop lift before being arrested to negotiate the terms of their criminal activity? Those darn stores with their Nazi video cameras.
James Knecht is exactly the reason why I never vote to renew a judges’ term!

  6. Judge Knecht hasn’t had a similar reaction about the Swat-like arrests the Biden admin engaged in for what collar charges. I don’t see him speaking out about people being perp-walked for the press versus being brought in quietly and without fanfare. Equal treatment under the law means that Judge Dugan be arrested for her felony charges. Considering she could do the same again to release more dangerous, violent people onto the street, she needed to be charged and arrested.

Would Judge Knecht feel the same if this man’s alleged victims were his family or friends?
