Do some homework! This is a state website listing alternative suppliers. The Ameren rate is before the 50% increase, you would have to contact the others to see if their rates are increasing. I have no reason to believe these are the only alternatives: https://plugin.illinois.gov/your-available-choices/offers.html?said=3
I don’t know what Ameren rates will be October 1st. Keep reading, the increases have been planned for many years.
